1. Introduction
Welcome to the JoyBow Coffee & Play Loyalty App ("the App"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App operated by JoyBow Coffee & Play ("we", "us", "our"), a business registered in Cyprus.
By creating an account or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
- If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
- Accounts are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Account Registration
To use the App you must register using a valid email address or a supported third-party sign-in provider (e.g. Google). You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
4. Loyalty Programme
4.1 How It Works
The JoyBow Loyalty Programme allows you to collect visits at participating JoyBow Coffee & Play locations. After accumulating the required number of qualifying visits (currently 6), you become eligible for a free playground entrance reward as determined by us.
4.2 Recording Visits
Visits are recorded by scanning a QR code at the point of sale. Only scans performed at a legitimate JoyBow location count toward your loyalty progress.
4.3 Rewards
- Rewards are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time.
4.4 Abuse
Any attempt to manipulate the loyalty programme (e.g. fraudulent scans, multiple accounts) may result in the forfeiture of accumulated visits and/or suspension of your account.
5. User Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App you consent to such processing. The data we collect includes:
- Name and email address (from registration or Google sign-in).
- Date of birth and mobile phone number (optionally provided by you).
- Loyalty visit history and reward redemptions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its systems.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
- Create multiple accounts to exploit the loyalty programme.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software in the App are the property of JoyBow Coffee & Play or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- Any defects will be corrected in a timely manner.
- The App is free of viruses or harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JoyBow Coffee & Play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of loyalty rewards.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
